I know that Joe Wicks has announce that he will recommence his daily PE sessions which you could join in with. But if you don't fancy that, then this page provides you with some links to some other fitness videos. Some of them we have used in school and some are new. Remember that a healthy body helps you to have a healthy mind so these are just some activities you might like to do. You may have other websites, videos or activities you prefer to use and that is absolutely fine. The most important thing is that you KEEP MOVING!
