Practise your sound cards. Think about which sounds you would like to get better at. Write these sounds on the top of a piece of paper. Then, try and find as many words as you can throughout the week with those sounds in. You could look in magazines, cut the word out and stick it on the right poster. You could look on empty packaging and cut the word out and stick it on the correct poster. You could also spot the sounds in your story books and write the word you have found on the poster. You might even spot the sounds you have chosen when you're out on a walk, you could take a picture of the word and write it on your poster when you get home!
Keep the posters somewhere accessible throughout the week so that whenever you spot a word with those sounds in, you can quickly go and add it!
