Please find below some resources to help your child learn their times tables. By the end of year 2, your child needs to be confident with their 2, 5 nd 10 times tables. We will start by learning the 2 times table.
There is a times table log you might want to use and an online quiz you can do to fill in their log. Only select the 2 times table to start. If you use this regularly you should start to see your child complete more questions successfully and improve on the time it takes them to answer.
There are also some times table games that they can use to help them practise.
We will be having a weekly times table test in school on a Friday and your child will bring home their test book each week so that you can monitor their progress.
