Year 1

Welcome to Year 1!

 

The Year 1 Class is taught by Mrs Hall. Mrs Dykes will teach the class on a Wednesday morning.

 

English Homework for this term continues to be learning the spellings which can be found on EdShed. Please note that there will be a written spelling quiz on these words each Wednesday. In addition to spellings, reading is part of homework, so please keep reading! 

Maths Homework continues to be Numbots. Please work on this as often as you can. In addition, counting forwards and backwards in ones (from 0-100), or tens (from any single digit number) is a useful skill. We will be learning to count in 2s (both odds and evens) and 5s, so please have a go at this too!
