At Worth Primary School, every child is known holistically, valued as an individual and encouraged to be the best version of themselves. We put children at the heart of everything we do. We nurture character (through cool heads and warm hearts) as much as knowledge, helping pupils to grow into kind and caring individuals with a strong moral compass. We support our pupils to become confident young people who work hard, persevere, make the right choices and look after one another. Collaboration is central to this: children learn that being a team player, tackling challenges together and supporting their peers brings fulfilment, belonging and shared success.
