School opening

Infant Times: 8.45am - 12.00pm | dinner | 1.10pm - 3.15pm

Junior Times: 8.45am - 12.00pm | dinner | 1.00pm - 3.25pm

Children can enter school from 8:45am until 8:55am.Children arriving after this time will be marked as late in the register and need to enter school via the school office.

All classes have a short morning and afternoon break.

These are our compulsory opening and closing times. This amounts to a minimum total time of 32.5 hours in a typical week at Worth Primary School which is in line with the current DfE expectations.

Access

Pedestrian gates are provided for safe entry to school. All school gates are locked during the school day and the only access is via the padlocked junior school gate. If you need to gain access to the school please contact the school office on 01625 875900

Please do not use the gates to the car park at any time. We do not have parking spaces for parents / visitors. Space is very restricted and access is required throughout the day for deliveries.

Car Parking

We would actively encourage children to walk or cycle to school. Birch Road and the surrounding streets get very busy at drop off and pick up times. We work hard to maintain good relationships with our neighbours and politely ask that you do not block roads or driveways when parking.

The turning circle must be left clear at all times.
