Week 1 - Missing Digits in Addition Calculation - 5th October - To be submitted by 9th October

Addition Missing Digits Homework - Week 1

Your week one homework is identifying missing digits in column addition calculations.  There are three levels of difficulty on the sheets, so please challenge yourself to what you feel you can achieve.  If you've found that you've selected the wrong one (easier or harder), change to another level. 

 

*In each document, there are several pages, including the answer page.  Please only do a maximum of 1 page, which is equivalent to 18 questions. If you find that the questions are taking you a long time, use the 30-45 minute time frame as a guide.  I can guide you in school or via SeeSaw if you're struggling.

Addition and Subtraction Multistep Problems - Week 3

This week, read through the questions carefully on one of the easier, middle or harder question documents.  There are two pages of questions and an answer page with each at the end.  Remember to highlight key information in the questions - important numbers; and words that tell you the operation needed. There may be information that you don't need within the questions - read them carefully.

Long Multiplication Calculations Homework - Week 4

Your Week 4 homework is solving long multiplication calculations.  There are three levels of difficulty on the sheets, so please challenge yourself to what you feel you can achieve.  If you've found that you've selected the wrong one (easier or harder), change to another level. 

 

*Each document includes 12 questions and the answer page.  If you find that the questions are taking you a long time, use the 30-45 minute time frame as a guide.  I can guide you in school or via SeeSaw if you're struggling. 

Long Multiplication Word Problems - Week 5

This week, you are to complete one of the levelled problems sheets involving long multiplication. Read the questions carefully and highlight key numbers and information.

Week 6 - Long Division Calculations - 16th November - To be submitted by 20th November

Long Division - Drop down method - Week 6

This week's homework, we're looking at long division that uses the drop-down method.  Use the video guides you've created on the website to support and think back to what we did in class.

 

*There are 2 documents, which include answers, to choose from.  If you wish to change and try the other, feel free.  You can always message on SeeSaw if you have any problems or speak to me in class.
