This is the Positive Wellbeing programme (backed by the NHS) that we are delivering throughout school in PSHE lessons from Reception to Year 6. It has been built using the latest science and research about what it takes to create positive wellbeing.
Each half term, all pupils across the school work on the same theme and we would like to give you some ideas of how to support your child in this learning. If you have a look in each folder, you will find some activities that you can complete as a family at home. These should help the whole family to look after their mental well being and can be used at any time, they are not just for those experiencing difficulties with mental health. The science behind My Happy Mind shows that we should all be caring for our brains all the time, in the same way that we look after our bodies.
