Before and After School Care
BEFORE SCHOOL CLUB
Before School Club is available from 8am – 8.45am each day. This is charged at a rate of £6 for the whole session regardless of the time that the children arrive.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
Monday - Thursday from 3.15pm - 6pm
Friday from 3.15pm - 4.30pm
- After School Club is offered in 2 sessions:
- End of the school day until 4.30pm. The cost of this session is £6. Children attending this session are offered a drink and a small snack.
- 4.30pm until 6pm - Monday to Thursday ONLY. The cost of this session is £10. Children attending this session are offered a light tea, which will change daily.
Families need to book the session / sessions that they require via the SchoolCloud website (link below).
Children attending After School Club from the end of the school day until 6pm will need to be booked into BOTH of the sessions so that they are catered for. The combined cost of this is £16.
Children attending After School Club after a school based club (eg. gymnastics / musical theatre / football) would only need to be booked into the second session from 4.30pm-6pm
Childcare vouchers are an accepted means of payment and we do have a number of families choosing to pay in this way.
A cancellation fee applies to all bookings that are not cancelled with 24 hours notice.

Late Collection from After School Club
Monday - Thursday
Children who are only booked into session 1, and are not collected at 4.30pm, will be charged £10 for the second session until 6pm, - regardless of the amount of time they stay for. Parents will be contacted if children are not collected. We cannot guarantee that children who have not pre-booked this session will receive the same food options as those who are pre-booked. Non-collection beyond 6pm incurs the fees listed below.
Children who are collected after 6pm will be charged £10 for the first 15 minutes, and then £10 per each additional half hour. This charge will be made per child.
Friday
Wraparound care on Friday finishes at 4.30pm and there is no later session. Children who are collected after 4.30pm will be charged £10 for the first 15 minutes, and then £10 per each additional half hour. This charge will be made per child.
